We use USPS or UPS to ship your orders depending on certain shipping restrictions. Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days. Firearms are shipped only to licensed Federal Firearms Licensed holders (FFL). We do not ship firearms to your home. Firearms will not be shipped until we have received a copy of the FFL from your dealer. Other products are shipped directly to you unless governed by law. Know the laws in your locale before ordering.

Due to the nature of firearms, all firearm sales are final. Returns are not accepted. If there is a defect in a firearm you purchased, we will work with you (and the manufacturer) to get the issue resolved. Any accessory or other items can be returned within 14 days with store manager pre-approval. Returns will only be accepted in new saleable condition with original packaging. Customer pays for return shipping. If a product is damaged or defective upon receiving it, we will pay for return shipping. We will issue a refund or resend a replacement item.
